Q&A’S

What time do the classes start?

Please plan to arrive for 10am to 10.15.  Classes will start promptly at 10.30.

What is the maximum number of participants on each class?

There will be a maximum of 8 people on each of the day classes.  We can accommodate a larger number of participants on the bespoke classes depending on the structure of the day we agree on.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Everything will be provided including the recipes, an apron and all the ingredients and equipment you’ll need.  It would be helpful if you could bring with you something to take home some of the things you have cooked.  Specific details are listed with the course description but typically include a bag, a plate and or a Tupperware.

Is there a minimum age limit for the classes?

18 is the minimum age to attend classes unaccompanied unless specifically stated.  15 years and above can attend a class is accompanied by an adult.

Is there parking available?

There is no specific parking available at The Green Apron however there is usually plenty of parking spaces available in the road outside.  If not there is a free car park in Coggeshall village which is only 5 minutes walk away.

What do I do if I find I am no longer able to attend on the day I have booked?

Please contact us on enquiries@thegreenapron.co.uk as soon as you realise you are not able to attend a course.  We’ll change your booking or provide a refund if preferred.  Changes or refunds cannot be provided up to 14 days before the class.

Can I arrive late or leave early for a class?

Of course.  Please let us know in advance or if you are running late on the morning please call 01206 890387 to let us know.

What if I have any dietary requirements or food allergies?

Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements on booking or e-mail us at  enquiries@thegreenapron.co.uk to let us know and we’ll adapt the recipes to accommodate.

What if I want to attend a course but can’t see it on the calendar or can’t make any of the dates advertised?

The calendar is being updated all the time and new course dates scheduled depending on demand.  If you are interested in a course but can’t make the dates listed or it isn’t scheduled please let us know and we’ll contact you as soon as its next scheduled.  Also please sign up for the newsletter where new dates are announced.

I have some suggestions for classes I think people would be interested in. Can I let you know?
